Alaio Vibecode: App development costs

Alaio Vibecode lets you build apps for Bitrix24 without a long development cycle. Describe the app to an AI agent in plain language, then refine it through a conversation. This helps you launch a working tool quickly or decide right away whether your team actually needs it.

What affects the cost

Alaio Vibecode uses its own payment unit called Vibe credits (Ꝟ). New accounts get a welcome bonus of 10 Ꝟ. That is enough to run a small app for several weeks.
Available Vibe packages

Apps are created with a third-party AI agent such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. These tools have their own subscriptions. You use them to create an app from a text prompt and publish it to Bitrix24 through Vibecode. This step does not use Vibe credits.
Alaio Vibecode: Create and set up an app

Vibe credits are used only when the app is running. When the app is in sleep mode, usage drops a lot. When the app is stopped, no Vibe credits are charged.

What does not use Vibe credits:

  • Creating and updating an app through an AI agent
  • API requests to Bitrix24 through the platform
  • Free built-in AI models on the platform
  • Connecting your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another provider. In this case, you pay the provider directly.

What uses Vibe credits:

  • Black Hole server rental. Vibe credits are used while the app is running. In sleep mode, charges drop about ten times. The cost ranges from 24 Ꝟ to 202 Ꝟ per month while running, depending on server size.
    Black Hole servers
  • Paid built-in AI models, only if the app uses them.
  • AI web search, only if the app performs web searches. Pricing starts at 0.02 Ꝟ per request.

App cost examples

Simple app: morning summary

A sales team supervisor gets a daily digest of open deals above a set amount. The summary arrives every morning in Bitrix24 Messenger.

How it works. The app does one task. Once a day, it reads deals from CRM, filters and formats the list, and sends it to chat. It does not use AI models. The server runs for about 15 minutes a day. It wakes up to process the request and then goes back to sleep.

Cost:

  • Build: 0 Ꝟ. An AI agent can write the app in minutes.
  • Per month: about 3 Ꝟ. The Small server stays in sleep mode almost all the time.
  • Per year: about 36 Ꝟ

Medium app: estimate calculator

A manager opens a deal form, clicks Calculate estimate, and fills in 25 parameters. The app calculates the cost based on company rules, attaches the result to the deal, and generates a commercial proposal in PDF format.

How it works. The app accepts parameters through a form, calculates the cost, generates a PDF with the proposal, and saves everything in the deal form. An AI model writes the accompanying text.

Cost:

  • Build: 0 Ꝟ
  • Per month (at an average load of 200 calculations): about 12–18 Ꝟ
  • Small server with daytime activity: 12 Ꝟ
  • AI model for writing proposal text: 0–6 Ꝟ depending on the model chosen. Free AI models do not use Vibe credits, while paid ones are billed based on actual usage. If you connect your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another provider, you pay them directly without spending Vibe credits.
  • Per year: about 144–216 Ꝟ

Complex app: AI assistant for lead processing

The AI assistant automatically processes all incoming emails, website requests, and messenger messages. It identifies the client profile, researches company data from public sources, creates a deal in CRM, assigns a task to the right manager, and sends the client an initial response.

How it works. The app monitors and reads messages from three channels, searches for client company data online, generates a response, and updates CRM. On average, it processes 50 incoming messages per day. Each one requires several calls to an AI model and one AI search request.

Cost:

  • Build: 0 Ꝟ
  • Per month (50 requests/day): about 115 Ꝟ
  • Medium server, actively running throughout the day: 25 Ꝟ
  • AI model for processing messages: 60 Ꝟ (or 0 Ꝟ when connecting your own key, see the example above for details)
  • AI search for client company information online: 30 Ꝟ
  • Per year: about 1,380 Ꝟ
