What's included in the free plan
The free plan includes the core tools your team needs.
Messenger and video calls. Chat with your team and start video calls with up to 300 participants. There are no time limits.
Tasks. Create tasks, assign responsible people, and track deadlines in the view that works best for you: List, Kanban, or Gantt.
CRM. Manage your customer base, move unlimited deals through your pipeline, and create unlimited invoices.
CoPilot. Work with an AI assistant in chat, manage Bitrix24 from chat, and work with files and images.
Drive. Store work files in shared storage with up to 5 GB of space.
Sites and online stores. Create websites and landing pages with the built-in builder and publish them with free hosting.
Sign. Sign documents with contractors online.
What happens if you do not sign in for a long time
If no one signs in to a Bitrix24 account on the free plan for 50 days, the account is marked as inactive and deleted automatically. You cannot restore a deleted Bitrix24 account.
This rule does not apply to accounts with an active paid plan.
