You can create posts in Bitrix24 by forwarding emails to a special email address that you will find in your profile.
There are many, instances when this can come in handy, like an important email from your client that requires immediate attention or a message from the colleague who only has access to email at the moment.
If the forwarded email has attachments, these will be added to the post as well. By default, the activity stream post created by forwarding the email will be addressed from you to yourself. If you’d like to involve others in conversation, you’ll need to click ‘Add recipients’.
