External users of Bitrix24 account can also post feed messages.
Let's say you are preparing a conference. The advertising agency has come up with some titles for the conference, which you need to discuss with your colleagues. Ask the agency to send variants to the feed. This is possible thanks to Bitrix24 settings.
- Open your profile page and click on the Security button in the top right corner.
- Select Forwarding addresses tab. Copy the address in the To create Feed posts field and send it to an external user.
The external user should send an email to the specified address. Files up to 14Mb in size can be attached.
When the email is sent, the post will appear in Bitrix24.
The post will be addressed to the employee from whose profile the link was copied. All employees or some of them can be invited to discuss the post.
An external user can also create a task in Bitrix24 account.

To allow external users to add posts in Feed via email, contact the domain administrator. He/she should specify the MX record of Bitrix24 mail server:mail-001.bitrix24.com.
