Account Access For Bitrix24 Support Team

In order to get a technical assistance with your Bitrix24 account you can contact our Helpdesk here. Our support team will help you via our ticketing system.

Please note that due to our Privacy policy our Helpdesk team does not have access to your Bitrix24 accounts. It may happen that we will need a temporary access to your account in order to resolve the issue you have contacted us about. For example, in case you feel that you’re experiencing a problem that we don’t see at our end or can’t reproduce it. For such cases, we have developed a special secure way for you, as Bitrix24 account administrator, to grant our support team temporary access to your account.

Here how it works: after you have submitted a ticket to our Helpdesk team and our team has made a conclusion that the problem cannot be identified or resolved without deep diagnostics of your account (which requires temporary access to your account), our support team member will initiate an official access request to your Bitrix24 account. You will get this request notification directly inside your Bitrix24 account – it will be sent by MIA (your virtual assistant bot).



Important: it is up to you, as Bitrix24 account administrator, to decide if you would like or not to give us a temporary access to your account. Please note that we do take privacy question quite seriously, which means we don’t insist on granted access. Alternatively, our support team can request more configuration settings screenshots and will do their best to help you identify the problem– which can take more time to resolve.

Nevertheless, we have to inform you that it may happen we won’t be able to identify the problem in case you deny us with temporary access.

In case you confirm that you agree to give our support team a temporary access to your account, it will be granted for 21 days by default.



Important:

  • You can cancel granted access at any time.
  • Access request can be sent to your account by our support team member only after you have submitted a ticket to our Helpdesk.
  • Automated access request via MIA bot can be received only by Bitrix24 account administrator (user with administrative access to your account).
  • After you have agreed or disagreed to provide us with access to your account – our Helpdesk team will be notified automatically (you don’t need to inform us about it).
