CRM in Bitrix24 Mobile app

You can use your Bitrix24 CRM wherever you are in Bitrix24 Mobile app.

Tap the button at the bottom right corner to open Bitrix24 Mobile app menu and scroll down to start working with CRM.

Tap My Activities to view your activities. Also, you can create a new activity in this section.

All CRM elements have a separate menu item:

  • Contacts
  • Companies
  • Deals
  • Invoices
  • Quotes
  • Leads
  • Products

Tap a menu item and you'll see the list of corresponding CRM elements. Then tap the arrow at the top. Here you can switch between "All contacts/deals/leads/etc." view and "My contacts/deals/leads/etc.".

Also, in this menu, you can add a new CRM element, configure filters, select visible fields, configure sorting.

All custom fields that you have created in the web version can also be viewed in Mobile app. Open the CRM element and tap Edit:

In Bitrix24 Mobile app, you can process deals and change their stages. Tap Deals > Change stage.

You can view and edit any contact's information in Bitrix24 mobile app. Tap Contacts > select a contact > tap Edit.

Also, you can add new contacts using Business card scanner. Tap Contacts > Business card.

This option is available to all Bitrix24 plans subscribers, but there are some limitations. Read more about these limitations here - Bitrix24 Cloud plans and prices.

You can call your customers straight from Bitrix24 Mobile app by tapping on his/her number.
