Each Bitrix24 account has a unique address. It may include your company name, for example: mycompany.bitrix24.com, crm.mycompany.com, or mycompany.com. Use this address to log in to Bitrix24.
If you do not know your Bitrix24 address, ask your administrator or colleagues.
To sign in using the account address:
1. Tap Enter address.
2. Enter your Bitrix24 address, for example mycompany.bitrix24.com or crm.mycompany.com, and tap Continue.
3. Choose a login method:
- Email or phone
- Social network account
- QR code
- Single Sign-On
Tap Continue.
4. Enter your password and tap Continue. You will be logged in automatically.
If you do not remember your password, tap Forgot password. Bitrix24 will send a message to the email address linked to your account.
5. Enter the code from the email. You will be logged in automatically.
