Contact information on your site

When you create an online store, you add contact details that customers can see on your site.

By default, this information appears at the top of the homepage and on the Contacts page.

You can update your contact details in two ways:

  • In your company form

  • The contact information changes in invoices, estimates, and documents when using this method.
  • On the site page


Update contacts in your company form

Go to CRM Settings > My Company Details.

Edit the phone number in the company form and save your changes.

Only the first phone number from the company form appears on the site.

Republish your site to apply the update.


Update contacts on the site page

Go to Online Store > Contacts.

In the phone number section, click Edit.

Update the phone number in both the Text and Link fields.

Save your changes and republish the site. After publishing, the updated contact information will appear on your site.
