Work with invoices in Bitrix24

An invoice is the final stage of work with a client. It is one of the CRM entities In Bitrix24. As a rule, it is created on the basis of a deal or an estimate.

Create CRM entities from source

The first step in working with invoices is to create a CRM form. This can be done in all CRM sections. Click the + button - Invoice.

Fill out the invoice form:

  • Add a product.

  • Select the recipient of the invoice in the Customer field.

  • Enter the information in other fields.

Click Create.

There are four stages of work in the invoice form:

  1. New
  2. Sent to customer
  3. Paid
  4. Unpaid

Use the stages to keep track of the customer workflow.

The second step is to create a document that the customer will receive to pay for the order. Create it using the Invoice template, and send it to the customer. Click on dots - Documents - Create Document.

Also, you can:

Send the document to the customer in a convenient way. As soon as the customer pays the invoice, change the invoice form stage. If the invoice is linked to a deal, it can be closed.
