An invoice is the final stage of work with a client. It is one of the CRM entities In Bitrix24. As a rule, it is created on the basis of a deal or an estimate.

The first step in working with invoices is to create a CRM form. This can be done in all CRM sections. Click the + button - Invoice.
Fill out the invoice form:
- Add a product.
- Select the recipient of the invoice in the Customer field.
- Enter the information in other fields.
Click Create.
There are four stages of work in the invoice form:
- New
- Sent to customer
- Paid
- Unpaid
Use the stages to keep track of the customer workflow.
The second step is to create a document that the customer will receive to pay for the order. Create it using the Invoice template, and send it to the customer. Click on dots - Documents - Create Document.

Discuss the invoice with colleagues. Bitrix24 will create a chat with you and the employee who is specified in the Observers field.

Invite the customer to Telegram and discuss cooperation options.
Invite a customer to Telegram chat - Share a link to the invoice form via an app on a smartphone. The person must have access to your Bitrix24 to open the entity.
Send the document to the customer in a convenient way. As soon as the customer pays the invoice, change the invoice form stage. If the invoice is linked to a deal, it can be closed.
