Smart Process Automation (SPA) in Bitrix24 lets you create custom CRM entities, automate workflows, and build processes for different teams. In the mobile app, these processes are available in a separate section called Automated solutions.
How automated solutions work
Automated solutions include one or more smart processes. Each process has its own fields and stages.
For example, an HR department can create separate processes for recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
Open a process to view its items. Team members can work with records directly in the mobile app.

You can create and configure smart processes and automated solutions only in the Bitrix24 web version.

SPA items can be viewed and managed in both the web version and the mobile CRM.
Create an SPA item
To create a new SPA item:
- Open the CRM section.
- Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
- Select a smart process from the list.
- Fill out the form.
- Tap Create in the top-right corner.
You can also schedule activities and send emails or SMS messages to clients.
To do this:
- Open the Timeline tab.
- Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
- Select the action you need.
Copy or delete an SPA item
To copy or delete an item:
- Tap the three dots icon next to the item name.
- Select the action you need.
