Free plan users can create 100 tasks. The total number includes tasks with all statuses: in progress, completed, deferred, almost overdue.
Some options will become unavailable when you create 101 tasks. You will not be able to:
- Add participants and observers
- Delegate tasks
- Enable Task status summary option
- Use regular tasks and templates with subtasks
- View Supervising and efficiency pages
- Configure access permissions in workgroups and projects
The task limits will be marked with a padlock.
