With Bitrix24 e-Signature, you can send contracts and other documents for signing online. You don’t need to print or scan files.
Create a document
You need the right access permissions to create and send documents.
Configure access permissions for the e‑Signature section
- Go to the e-Signature section > Sign and manage > Create.
- Upload a new file or select a recent one.
- Click Continue.
Choose who will sign
Set the signing parties for your company and the recipient.
- Enter the name of the employee who will sign on your behalf. The name will appear in the document text and the signing certificate.
- Select your company details.
- Click Edit to change the company, if needed.
- Select the recipient from the list.
- Click Continue.

Edit the document
You can update the document before sending it.
- Click Edit.
- Use these sections to add or update details:

Sender
- Company details are filled in automatically. You can update them anytime.
Add company details - Signature and stamp are added during signing.
- You can insert CRM data into the document.
Recipient
- The recipient adds their details, signature, and stamp during signing.
- You can insert CRM data such as name or job title.
Common
- Text. Add any text to the document (for example, terms or description).
- Date. Set the signing date.
- Number. Enter a document number or use auto-numbering.

To add an element to the document (signature, stamp):
- Click To document next to the element.
- Place it in the document.
- Choose a color for signatures and stamps to distinguish between your company's and the sender's signatures. The color is saved in the final document and signing certificate.
- Click Continue.
Send the document for signing
- Click Edit to rename the document if needed. This name will appear in the digital signing certificate.
- Choose how to send the link (SMS or email).
- Click Send for signing.
The document is first sent to your company’s signer. After they sign it, it is automatically sent to the recipient.

Limits on free and trial plans
Before sending your third document, you must verify your phone number.
- Enter your phone number and click Get SMS.
- Enter the code you receive.
- Click Verify, then Finish.
