Return to your previous Bitrix24 domain

When you create a Bitrix24 account, the system assigns a default address such as b24-aokwy2.bitrix24.com. These addresses can be hard to remember or share, so you can replace them with your own domain.
Switch Bitrix24 account to your own domain

You may need to return to a Bitrix24 domain if you:

  • Downgrade your subscription plan
  • Change your company name
To return to your previous Bitrix24 domain, a Bitrix24 administrator must contact our support team.
Contact Bitrix24 Support

After the support team processes your request, your account will return to the previously assigned domain. For example, if you changed your third-level domain, your address may become company.bitrix24.com again.

After the domain changes, you need to:

  • Reconnect Open Channels
  • Reinstall website widgets, including live chat, CRM forms, and callback
  • Recreate application webhooks
Make sure your subscription plan includes access to Bitrix24 Support and allows domain renaming.
