Sales Intelligence helps you track where your customers come from.
Start tracking traffic sources
Follow these steps:
-
Set a UTM parameter: Create a UTM parameter for your traffic source in Bitrix24.
How to set UTM parameters -
Add it to your URL: Attach the UTM parameter to your website link.
-
Share the link: Publish the link on platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
When a customer clicks the link and submits a form on your website, Bitrix24 creates a new lead. The CRM records the traffic source automatically.
Add custom traffic sources
You can add your own sources in addition to the default ones. For example, you can track traffic from a specific social network, website, or even offline sources like billboards.
