Assign phone numbers and email addresses to traffic sources

Sales Intelligence helps you track the customer journey using UTM parameters, phone numbers, and email addresses assigned to specific traffic sources.

Assign phone numbers to traffic sources

Go to CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence > Call tracking.

Add a new phone number to use with your traffic sources.

For example, assign the number to your Facebook page.
Connect a Facebook page to Sales Intelligence

Update the contact details on your Facebook page with this number. When someone calls it, Facebook appears as the source in the Customer journey field in CRM.


Assign emails to traffic sources

Go to CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence > Mail.

Add a new email address to use with your traffic sources.

Select the email and assign it to your Facebook page.

Update the contact details on your Facebook page with this email address. When you receive a message, Facebook appears as the source in the Customer journey field in CRM.
