Assign phone numbers and email addresses to traffic sources

Sales Intelligence in Bitrix24 not only allows using UTM parameters but also assigning specific phone numbers and email addresses to specific traffic sources to track the client path.

Assign phone numbers to traffic sources

Click CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence > Call tracking.

Add a new phone number to the list of the phone numbers available for assigning to traffic sources.

For example, let's assign the added number to the Facebook page.

Then add this number to the contact information on your Facebook page. When you get an inbound call to this number, the Facebook page will be displayed in the Customer journey field in CRM as a starting point.


Assign email addresses to traffic sources

Click CRM > Analytics > Sales Intelligence > Mail.

Add a new email address to the list of addresses available for assigning to traffic sources.

Select the added email address and assign it to the Facebook page.

Then add this email address to the contact information on your Facebook page. When you get an incoming message to this email address, the Facebook page will be displayed in the Customer journey field in CRM as a starting point.
