RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a tool designed to automate company processes. It's easier to set up and use compared to traditional workflows. RPA focuses on internal company workflows and doesn't connect with CRM. This tool fits between simple automation rules that perform single actions and complex workflows that involve multiple activities and conditions.
To find RPA:
- Go to Automation.
- Click RPA.
- Select RPA list.
RPA serves as a builder for creating workflows, such as leave and business trip approvals, handling bills or documents, or setting up assignments. Every workflow you create will have a kanban, like in CRM. In the kanban stages, you can add automation rules and process assignments like reviewing information or approving a document. This process is similar to handling deals in CRM when you run them sequentially through the sales stages.

Once you've created a workflow and kanban stages, set up access permissions to prevent data loss and accidental changes.
