- Sign a support contract with the selected partner.
- Get an activation code from your partner.
- In your Bitrix24 account, go to Subscription > Support24 > enter the code to activate.
- Open the support chat and send a message to start working with your partner.

If you have questions about using Bitrix24, use the support chat. There are two types of support available: Bitrix24 support (default) or partner support. Partners are certified companies that can help customize Bitrix24 tools to fit your needs.
To activate partner support:
- Choose a partner on the Bitrix24 Partner Directory or submit a request, and we'll find one for you.
- Sign a support contract with the selected partner.
- Get an activation code from your partner.
- In your Bitrix24 account, go to Subscription > Support24 > enter the code to activate.
- Open the support chat and send a message to start working with your partner.
To ask a question, click Send message. This will open the support chat, which is highlighted in blue and has a special icon to help you find it easily in your chat list.
How to change the support type
You can switch to support from a different partner or return to Bitrix24 support at any time.
To switch to another partner:
- Sign a new contract and get a code from the new partner.
- In your Bitrix24 account, go to Subscription > Support24.
- Click Disable Bitrix24 partner support.
- Activate the code from the new partner.
The support chat will remain the same, but the new partner will answer your questions. All chat history with previous partners will be saved.
To return to Bitrix24 support:
- Go to Subscription > Support24.
- Click Disable Bitrix24 partner support.
Once done, Bitrix24 support will be automatically re-enabled.
