What access employees have to task templates on different plans
Extended access permission settings for task templates are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Other plan users have standard access permissions to task templates:
- All users can create task templates.
- Users can view and manage only the templates they created. This rule applies even if other employees are assigned as the creator and assignee.

Why a recurring task shows an incorrect deadline
In recurring tasks, the deadline is calculated from the task creation date. If the template has the "Skip weekends and holidays" option enabled, the deadline will consider the working hours set in Bitrix24.
Why the administrator doesn't see all task templates
By default, Bitrix24 administrators can only see task templates they created or have access to. To view all templates, enable Admin mode.
Open your profile and click Administrator > Admin mode.
Why notifications are disabled for task observers
Notifications for task observers are muted by default. Observers don't receive updates but see a gray counter for unread comments. This helps avoid unnecessary distractions since observers aren’t directly involved in the task but can check its progress at any time.
To turn on notifications, open the task and click the bell icon.
