The primary administrator is the employee who created the Bitrix24 account. This person receives system notifications like plan renewal, news, and webinar invitations.
If this employee leaves the company or is no longer responsible for managing Bitrix24, the rights should be transferred to another user. Only another user with administrator rights can perform this action.
To protect Bitrix24 from accidental ownership changes, dismissing the primary administrator requires the confirmation.
You can dismiss the primary administrator only on commercial plans. Administrator rights can be reassigned without dismissal only in the desktop version of Bitrix24.Submit a dismissal request
On commercial plans, except Basic. To dismiss the primary administrator and take the rights, send a request to the employee currently holding this role.
1. Select Menu > Employees.
2. Click Three dots (...) > Dismiss next to the primary admin.
3. Type Yes > Send request.
