To authorize in your Bitrix24 account, you need to enter your login credentials (email or phone) and password. If needed, you can edit these details at any time.
Only the profile owners can change their login and password.

How to change the Bitrix24 login
To change your Bitrix24 login,

Log in to your Bitrix24 Network profile.

Click the Change button in the Email or Phone section.

Complete the form. Enter your new phone number or email address, as well as the current password, into the corresponding fields.

Log in to another Bitrix24 Network profile with the desired email address.

Change the email there to one not previously used in Bitrix24.

Log in to your main Bitrix24 Network profile and update the email address to the desired one.

If you change the phone number, you will receive a confirmation SMS. Enter it in the special field to confirm the change.
If you change the email address (login), you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the link from it to confirm the change.
Why do I get the "A user with this email already exists" error?
This error indicates that another Bitrix24 Network profile with the same email address already exists.
Use another email or disconnect this one from another account. Here is how:
To change the social login, click Disconnect and Connect other social media.
Done! Now you can use the updated login to authorize.
How to change the Bitrix24 password
To change your Bitrix24 password, use the forgot password option or follow these steps:

Log in to your Bitrix24 Network profile.

Click the Change button in the Password section.

Enter your current and new passwords. Click Save.
