To authorize in Bitrix24, you need to enter your login (email address or phone number provided when registering in Bitrix24), and password. You can change them if necessary.
How to change my Bitrix24 login
You can change your Bitrix24 login in your Bitrix24 Network Profile. Here is how:
Log in to your Bitrix24 Network profile bitrix24.net and click the Change button in the Email or Phone section.
In case you change the phone number, you will receive a confirmation SMS. In case you change the email address (login), you will receive an "email address confirmation" letter.
Sometimes when you try to change your email address in Bitrix24 Network profile page you may get "A user with this email already exists" error. This error indicates that another Bitrix24 Network profile with the same email address already exists.
You can use another email or disconnect this email address from another account. Log in to the other Bitrix24 Network profile using an email address you wanted to use as a login to your main Bitrix24 Network profile > change email address there for another one > change the email address in your main Bitrix24 Network profile.
To change the social login, click Disconnect and Connect other social media.
How to change my Bitrix24 password
You can change your Bitrix24 password not only using the forgot password option, but also on your Bitrix24 Network Profile page.
Log in to your Bitrix24 Network profile bitrix24.net and click the Change button in the Password section.
Enter your current and new password. Click Save.
Done! Now you can use the updated login and password to authorize.
