Send CRM forms via Sales Center

While communicating with the client, you can send a CRM form to the Open Channel chat through the Sales Center.

Click on the Start Selling button in the Open Channel chat.

Select the CRM form you need.

You need to make settings for the desired CRM forms appear in the Sales Center.

You should already have a page and CRM form in it. If the required page with the form is not in the CRM Form section of the Sales Center, you need to add it. Click Bitrix24 Sites page.

Select the page with the CRM form in the CRM Forms tab.

If you add a website page with a CRM form to the Sales Center and send it to the customer, its data will go to CRM after filling out a form.

The link to the CRM elements will not appear in the chat. Therefore, it is important to add pages with forms in the Sales Center in the CRM Forms tab.

The link to the form will be sent to the customer.

After filling out the form, the operator will receive a link to the created CRM elements.

All the information is saved in the CRM form.

  • If there is no link to the CRM in the Open Channel chat, then new CRM elements will be created: a lead, a contact, a deal and a contact, a quote and a contact. This is specified in the form settings. If you switch the CRM mode after that, the form settings will not be changed.

  • If you already have a CRM entity, the form will link the data to the existing entities.
