Bitrix24 now supports online sales through Telegram. Connect your online store to Telegram and accept orders and payments through a bot.
Customers can chat with an agent in the Telegram open channel and browse or order products without leaving the messenger.
Connect your online store to Telegram
First, connect a new Telegram channel or configure an existing one.
- Go to CRM > Customers > Contact center.
- Open the Telegram connection settings.
- Enable the option Connect online store to my Telegram bot.
- Select the online store you want to connect to the bot.
You can also connect an external online store.
- Select External online store from the list.
- Enter the store address in the field below.
In this case, the store will appear in the bot, but Bitrix24 will not process orders or payments.
5. Click Connect.
If the setup is successful, you will see a confirmation message.
How it works
When customers open the bot, they can use the Online store button to browse and order products.
After a customer places an order, the manager receives a message in the CRM. The manager can then call the customer or send a payment link from the CRM form.
The Telegram + Bitrix24.Store integration is currently in beta and still under development.
On Android devices, some issues may affect performance.
For example, when a customer opens the second page of the store, Telegram may launch an external browser and end the current session. In this case, order notifications will not be sent to the Telegram bot.
