Payment systems in CRM forms

The process of selling and accepting payments has become easier. You can select and configure the payment method in the CRM form.

Let's say you work with customers from different countries. Now you can configure different payment methods for each country. If you work with a particular bank and would like payments to come via it, the settings can configured in the CRM form.

Payment methods can be configured in CRM forms if the script from the Sales section is selected.

It also can be configured if the expert mode is enabled.

How to choose a payment method

You can select and configure the payment method in the Payment tab. First of all, enable the Accept payments option.

You can choose one of the payment system from the list or connect another payment system.

To choose another payment system, click on the green block in the Other payment systems section.

In the Bitrix24.Market slider, you can select the appropriate payment system.

You can also manage the visibility of payment systems. For example, if you would like customers to pay only via Google pay, then you need to leave only this option enabled.

When you connect a new payment system in the CRM form or the Sales Center, it will be enabled by default in all CRM forms where the payment option is enabled.

You can select several payment systems in the CRM form.

How the customer sees the form

The customer will open a CRM form, select the product he/she would like to buy and click Send.

When the client proceeds to the payment, he/she will see the payment option that you have chosen in the CRM form.

If you have selected several payment systems, they will also be displayed to the client.
