Bitrix24 Cloud is a SaaS solution that users subscribe to. Alaio Inc. (USA) and Alaio Cloud Limited (Europe) host, maintain, and manage the service in the cloud.

You can use your Bitrix24 account with a free subscription or a paid plan.

Before you use your Bitrix24 Cloud account and the services available in your Bitrix24, read and accept the Terms of Service (ToS).

Bitrix24 On-Premise (Self-Hosted) uses per-user licensing. If you need more users than your current license allows, you can purchase On-Premise Edition Upgrades.

Bitrix24 On-Premise is fully customizable. You can change color schemes, layouts, menu items, headers, footers, and more. It also includes full access to the source code.

You can deploy and host Bitrix24 On-Premise on your own servers or work with Bitrix Partners.
