Hold a meeting

Meetings and briefings in Bitrix24 help teams run department meetings, company-wide meetings, and quick briefings. You can use this tool to schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, track agenda items, and save meeting notes.

Before continuing with the following steps, learn how to create a meeting.
Create a new meeting

How to start a meeting

Go to Employees > Time and reports > Meetings and briefings.

The page displays all scheduled, active, and completed meetings.

Use the filters on the right to find a meeting. You can search by:

  • Meeting name
  • Owner
  • Status
  • Attendee
  • Project

Before the meeting starts, open the action menu to:

  • Copy the meeting
  • Edit the meeting
  • Delete the meeting

To open a meeting, click its name or select the corresponding action.

On the right side of the page, you can view meeting details, including:

  • Attendees
  • Date and time
  • Status
  • Linked project

When all attendees are ready, click Start meeting.

The meeting status changes to In progress.

During the meeting, you can:

  • Add agenda items
  • Edit or delete topics
  • Add topics from other meetings or tasks
  • Create tasks and assign them to team members
  • Add notes in the Minutes section

Finish a meeting

To end the meeting, open the Agenda tab and click the red button.

Completed meetings appear in gray in the meeting list.

Note that only owners can edit or start meetings.
