If an automation rule is no longer required, it can be removed.
Go to the Tasks and Projects section - Tasks tab and click on the Automation rules button.
Select an automation rule and click the cross icon. Then save the changes.

Automation rules can be configured for Projects, Planner work mode, and for Task Statuses.
You can delete automation rules in Projects in the same way as in Tasks.
Go to the Projects tab and select the desired one. Click the cross icon and save the changes.

Only the account administrator or the project owner can delete automation rules in a project.
