CRM Counters help you stay on top of your activities and complete them on time. Use the new Activity Reminder feature to get more notifications about upcoming activities. By default, it is enabled for the site, desktop and mobile apps, but you can also enable email notifications. Reminders are sent 15 minutes before the deadline and at the start of each activity. This time period can be adjusted.

How to enable notifications
Click on your profile and select Notifications.
Switch to Advanced mode. In the CRM section, select the way you want to get notifications:
- Site and applications
- Push notifications
How it works
If you are online, you'll see a pop-up notification reminding you about an upcoming activity in the top-right corner.
If you are offline, you can find these notifications later by clicking the bell icon on the right panel.
A notification includes the activity and deal name, as well as the deadline.

Activity reminders are enabled by default.

You can configure activity reminders under Notifications. Switch to Advanced mode and select the method of receiving such notifications.

If you miss an activity reminder, you can find it among other notifications by clicking the bell icon on the right panel.
