CRM activities include counters that remind you about upcoming deadlines. By default, the counters appear 15 minutes before the deadline, but you can change this time.
You can set reminder times for each CRM record type. For deals, you can also use different reminder settings for each pipeline. These settings work independently.
Each user can customize activity reminders.
Reminders for a specific activity
Set a reminder when you create a new activity or edit an existing one before it is completed.
Click More to choose how long before the deadline the counters appear.
Activity reminders also affect Focus mode. When a reminder is triggered, the deal moves to the top of the Kanban or List view.
You can also see activity reminders in the CRM entity timeline. They show how much time is left before the deadline.
Reminders for activities in a CRM entity
You can set a default reminder time for each CRM record type. For example, you can use the same reminder settings for all activities in a specific deal pipeline.
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) to open the settings.
- Select Proactive CRM.
- In Activity reminder, select one or more reminder times.
