Counters in mobile CRM

Not just the web version, but the mobile CRM also includes counters. They show the number of activities that require your attention.

This is an article from the series about the work of counters in CRM. Read the others to learn more:

To filter CRM entities by their counters, tap on the magnifying glass icon. There are three main types of counters in mobile CRM: Inbound, Planned, and For today.

The counters are shown in different colors depending on their meaning.

Counter work

Inbound. The counter shows that there are unprocessed incoming inquiries, such as:

  • an incoming or missed call,
  • an email message,
  • an incoming message in a chat with a client,
  • an order payment,
  • a new comment in a task (when you are responsible for it or the linked CRM item).

Inbound activities do not have deadlines. They will remain active until you complete the activities.

Planned. The counter shows the CRM entities that have overdue or pressing activities with a deadline of less than 15 minutes. This time period can be adjusted.

For today. The counter shows the inbound and overdue activities that have a deadline today.

Inbound and planned (employees). These counters show the inbound and overdue activities of employees. They are visible only to users with access to other employees' CRM entities.

Counter mode

There are two counter modes in CRM:

  • Item responsible person: As the responsible person for a CRM item, you see the counters for those items, regardless of whether the activities in them are assigned to you or not.

  • Activity responsible person: As the person in charge of an activity, you can see the counters for those activities, regardless of who is responsible for the CRM item.

You can select the needed counter mode in the web version of Bitrix24.
