Inbound. The counter shows that there are unprocessed incoming inquiries, such as:
- an incoming or missed call,
- an email message,
- an incoming message in a chat with a client,
- an order payment,
- a new comment in a task (when you are responsible for it or the linked CRM item).
Inbound activities do not have deadlines. They will remain active until you complete the activities.
Planned. The counter shows the CRM entities that have overdue or pressing activities with a deadline of less than 15 minutes. This time period can be adjusted.

There are two counter modes in CRM:
Item responsible person: As the responsible person for a CRM item, you see the counters for those items, regardless of whether the activities in them are assigned to you or not.
Activity responsible person: As the person in charge of an activity, you can see the counters for those activities, regardless of who is responsible for the CRM item.
You can select the needed counter mode in the web version of Bitrix24.
