Counters are reminders of activities in CRM. If you have an activity that needs your attention, a counter lights it up.

We have added a new counter mode: you can choose what notifications you want to receive. There are counters in deals, leads, contacts and companies.

Previously: "CRM item responsible person" mode

This mode is enabled by default. The person responsible for the CRM entity sees a counter for the total number of activities, no matter to whom they are assigned.

The responsible person sees two counters, even though he/she is responsible only for one activity.

Now: "Activity responsible person" mode

This mode can be enabled in the settings. In this case, users will see notifications only for their activities.

In this mode, you can filter activities by responsible person. Click on the search bar in CRM - Add Field and add the Activity responsible person field.

Select counter mode

Go to the CRM Settings - Other - Other settings - Activity tab - Counter mode.

Counter colors

The counters in the kanban are highlighted in different colors depending on the meaning.

Green — shows inbound activities.

Red — shows planned and overdue activities.

Red and green counter - appears when there are inbound, planned and overdue activities.
