New two-factor authentication in Bitrix24
Two-factor authentication adds another layer of account security. In addition to a login and password, users must enter a second verification factor. Without it, they cannot sign in, even if someone knows the password.
We updated this feature to make it easier to use and more secure. Before, users had to enter codes from authenticator apps. Now they can confirm sign-in in the Bitrix24 mobile app or with a one-time SMS code. Administrators can require two-factor authentication for the entire company.

Dismissing an employee with active webhooks
When you dismiss an employee who has active integrations, Bitrix24 shows a notification and offers two options:
- Keep integrations and dismiss — Bitrix24 automatically creates a system user and transfers all webhooks to that user. This user does not appear in the company structure or employee list.
- Disable integrations and dismiss — all webhooks stop working.

Time zone and report language. The BI Builder settings page now lets you change the report language and analytics time zone. The language setting changes labels and metrics in reports. The time zone setting brings data to a single reference time, even if employees work in different regions.
