Extranet users don't have a personal calendar, but they can use the extranet workgroup calendar.
If an employee (intranet user) creates a new event, he/she can invite extranet users from his/her personal calendar or from the extranet workgroup calendar.
Extranet users can create events in extranet workgroup calendar only and can invite only members of this workgroup.
- You can invite extranet users individually, if they are in the same extranet group as the event creator.
- Event creator can invite only extranet workgroups that he/she is a member of.
- Extranet user can invite an employee (intranet user) to an event, if this employee is a member of the extranet workgroup.
