The schedule board is the main tool for managing bookings in a clear calendar view. It lets you quickly see which services are booked and efficiently organize your appointments and resources.
-

Personalized schedule settings
Each user can customize the schedule board to suit their tasks, making daily work more comfortable and enjoyable. -

Color indicators
Bookings are color-coded to clearly show their statuses, such as confirmed, late, and more. This helps you and your team to navigate the schedule at a glance. -

Statistics and monitoring
Easily keep track of important metrics like revenue, number of new customers, and resource usage.
To open the schedule board, just click on "Booking" in the main menu. You'll see all resources and bookings displayed there.

Personalized schedule settings
Multiple users can work on the schedule at the same time.
For example, one agent may manage deliveries while another takes care of installation orders. Each person can customize the schedule board to show only the resources they use most often.
Use the filter above the schedule to find bookings based on specific criteria, such as resource, contact, company, responsible person, or status.
For instance, apply the "Contact" filter to view a particular customer's bookings for a specific date and highlight the days on the calendar when they have other appointments.
Click the expand arrows icon to maximize the schedule window to full screen – perfect for managing multiple resources and bookings.
If bookings don't fit on the screen, adjust the zoom level (–100%+). Use the "Show all" button to display all resources and quickly check their usage.

Counters
Bookings that require agent's attention are marked with special counters. Click on them to instantly filter the schedule and view only relevant bookings, such as unconfirmed or late appointments.
Color indicators
Different booking colors help agents to quickly identify their statuses. In deals, activities linked to bookings have the same background color, so agents can check the status without opening the schedule board.
New or unconfirmed booking
Blue
New bookings are highlighted in blue. In deals, booking activities will also show as blue. If the client doesn't confirm the booking, a red counter will appear on the activity, alerting the booking agent to contact the customer.
		Booking confirmed
Green
Once the customer confirms their booking, it turns green with a checkmark. In deals, booking activities will also appear in green. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the visit are automatically confirmed and shown as green.
		Customer is late
Orange
If a customer is late, the booking turns orange. If they don't confirm their visit, a failure counter appears, prompting the booking agent to follow up.
To track attendance on the schedule board, click the arrow next to the booking, select "Appointment," and mark the status as "Visited" or "No-show."

Waiting list
Gray
Bookings added to the waiting list are highlighted in gray.
		Overbooking
Dark yellow
If multiple customers book the same time slot, it's highlighted in dark yellow. Overbooking helps to ensure your resources are used efficiently, even if one of the customers cancels their visit.
		Calendar color coding
Click on a specific day in the calendar to check resource availability. Calendar colors help you navigate the schedule.
This lets users quickly see which days are available for booking and which are already full.
Let’s take a look at what each color means.
		Background colors
	— Blue: The currently selected day.
	— Green: Selected resources have available time slots on this day.
	— White: No available time slots for the selected resources, or the day has already passed.
	— Light blue: Dates that match the applied filter (e.g., filtered by resource).
Date colors
	— Blue: Today's date.
	— Red: Weekends and holidays (according to your Bitrix24 settings).
	— Black: Past days or no available time slots.
	— Red dot under the date: Bookings that require attention.
Resource usage and statistics
Hover over the battery icon next to a resource to see the number of booked slots and the resource's load percentage.
You can also check the number of new customers, revenue per resource, and the total for the day. This is based on the "Amount and currency" field in linked deals and shows data for today.
