Google services integrations
When you connect your Bitrix24 account to third-party apps or services such as Google, certain customer data may be accessed through Google APIs. Bitrix24 processes Google user data in accordance with Google policies. Any information received from Gmail APIs is used in compliance with Google’s Limited Use Requirements.
Data may be transferred automatically through APIs such as Google API Services or Gmail API (OAuth). Depending on the integration settings, this may include:
- Email content, metadata, and related details when you sync Gmail with Bitrix24.
- Google Calendar event data when you enable calendar sync.
- Files stored in Google Drive when you connect cloud storage.
- Email addresses from Inbox and Sent folders when you sync contacts with your device’s address book.
- Customer data that you send from Bitrix24 to Google services, or request from Google services.
For security purposes, identification data about you or your device may be transmitted to authenticate requests. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings.
The use of information received from Gmail APIs follows Google's Limited Use Requirements.
