Terms of Service: updates on January 1, 2021

Here is a summary of the major changes to our TERMS OF SERVICE, which will be effective starting January 1, 2021.

What’s new?

  1. Products and Third-Party Materials including but not limited to Telephony and services available through the Bitrix24 Marketplace (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Third-Party Materials”) will become available only for the Service Plan users (please refer to §1.2 and §9.1).
  2. Please note that we are adding a liability cap for Bitrix24 (please refer to §12.6).
