No Refund Policy
Please be advised that Bitrix products (subscriptions, license keys, etc.) are non-refundable. Also, please keep in mind, that you are responsible for all and any charges already incurred for Bitrix24 services in accordance with Bitrix24 Terms of Service.
Pre-paid telephony or VoIP credit that you can use for outbound phone calls or phone number rental services has no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable as well. If your account or telephone number is terminated or suspended for any reason, you may not be able to use remaining telephony or VoIP credit. No refund of unused VoIP or telephony credit can be provided. Nor can remaining credit be transferred to another account, allocated against outstanding invoices, or used as payment for another service.
Face Recognition credits are paid upfront and are non-refundable.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities; you are responsible for paying any such applicable tax. Learn more about local taxes.
In case of non-payment for any reason, Bitrix24 reserves the right to immediately bar the User's access to the Bitrix24 Cloud services.
If you are using your Bitrix24 account with a commercial subscription, and wish to discontinue the service, you’ll need to disable the automatic subscription renewal option.
Partial Refund if Cloud account is migrated to On-Premise Copy
A partial refund for the unused days (months) of your commercial subscription is possible when you migrate your Bitrix24 cloud account to an On-Premise product copy. Your final refund amount is calculated and processed after you migrated your Cloud account to your On-Premise product copy.
