Go to the Contact Center and click CRM + Online Store.
In the side panel, click Create your Online Store in just a few clicks.
Enter your store details:
- Store address
- Store name
- Phone number for customers
Your store is created with demo products. You can delete them and add your own items later. To view the product catalog, click View Products.
Check how your store works. Scan the QR code with your device.
Place a test order:
- Select a product.
- Click Buy now.
- Add the item to your cart.
- Click Checkout.
Enter your contact details and click Order Now.
Your test order is complete. This is the final step in setting up your store.
