In Bitrix24, you can assign access permissions to work with tasks in the Project.
Specify which of the tasks will be visible to one or another member of the project, which of your colleagues will be able to create, change or delete tasks.

How to configure task access permissions in Project
On the Project page, click on the About project button and select Roles and permissions.
In the Tasks section, select the employees to work with the tasks.
For example, you want only the owner and moderators to be able to create tasks in the project. Select the appropriate condition in the Permission to create tasks.
