"Autorun: when added" option in workflow templates

Any business process can be autorun when added. Just enable this option when configuring business process template parameters.

Check if this tool is available on your plan. You can find all the information about Bitrix24 plans on the pricing page.

Open the CRM section, click Settings - CRM settings, select Automation tab - Business Processes.

Click Add template and select the Autorun: when added option.

Please note that there are several limitations on the business process autorun when new CRM records (leads, contacts, companies, deals) are added.

"Autorun when added" option will work if a lead is created:

"Autorun when added" option won't work if a lead:

  • has been imported
  • has been created or edited using another business process

These limitations are also applied to other CRM elements - contacts, companies, deals.
