Work away from your computer anywhere in the world with the Bitrix24 mobile app. All you need is Internet access.
Depending on the initial registration method, log in to the account using the same method. For example, if you registered Bitrix24 using social networks, log in using this method.
Log in to the account in the mobile app
There are several ways to sign in to the mobile app:
- Click Sign in and enter your login as a phone number or an email. Then click Continue and enter your password. Click Continue once again.
- If you registered your account using one of the social networks, click Sign in and select the desired service to log in. If necessary, log in to the service and allow access to the application.
Enter your username:
- A username in Bitrix24 On-Premise version can be a simple login (for example, your first and last name), but it can also be an email address - it depends on how you were registered in the system.
- The username in Bitrix24 cloud version is an email address, a phone number, or authorization through social networks. If all of these data are linked to a Bitrix24 account, you can login using any of them.
If you do not know your Bitrix24 address, ask the administrator.
If your Bitrix24 has two-step authentication, you will need to enter a one-time code from the Bitrix24 OTP application or a backup code.
How to add several Bitrix24 accounts
Click the ... button in the upper right corner. Click Switch account - Add or select the account from the list.
How to delete an account
Go to the list of accounts, swipe the account from right to left and click Delete.
