Smart Process Automation in mobile CRM

Smart processes are now available in the Bitrix24 mobile app. Create, edit, and organize SPA items with flexibility and ease.

    You can create and set up smart processes only in the web version. In mobile CRM, you can create and manage their items.

To add a new SPA item,

  1. Navigate to CRM.

  2. Tap on "+" in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Select your smart process from the list.

Then complete the form and tap Create in the top right corner.

Also, you can plan activities, send emails and SMS to clients.

  1. Switch to the Timeline tab.

  2. Tap on "+" in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Select the needed action from the list.

To edit, delete, or share an item,

  1. Tap on the three dots button next to the item's name.

  2. Then select the needed action from the list.
