You can measure your stress level in Bitrix24 using your mobile phone.
How is your stress level measured
Stress level depends on the heart rate variability (HRV) that can be measured using the camera of your mobile phone.
How it works
Open the Bitrix24 mobile app. Go to the main menu and tap the Stress level option - Measure.
Stress level measurement is performed in the Welltory app, so you need to download and install it. Then follow the instructions in the app.
You can show the results in your Bitrix24 profile or save them privately.
Your stress level will be shown on your profile page.
If you don't want your colleagues to see your result, select the Save privately option. Later you can switch between private and public modes by clicking the eye icon.
Disable the stress level measurement option
Go to Settings and open the Other settings tab. Expand the Miscellaneous section and switch off the toggle next to this option.
