Feed is the main tool for interaction between employees inside your Bitrix24. Employees can add messages to Feed, leave comments to these messages, etc.
Navigate to Feed in the left menu. At the top, there is a special area to create a new message. A regular message type is selected by default, but you can also create appreciations or announcements.

Then specify the message topic and text. Use the visual editor tools to edit the formatting.
Click the Topic button in the bottom-right corner and enter the topic into the requested field.
At the bottom of this area, there are some additional options you can use in your Feed post:
Attach files and images to your message by clicking the Files button. You can upload files/images from your computer, or select them from Bitrix24.Drive or other external drives.
Create a new document from scratch using Bitrix24.Docs, or select another editor.
Mention a user in your message. This user will be automatically added as its recipient.
To include citations in your text, use the Quote button.
To add tags to your message, click the Add tag button. Then click Add More, specify the tag, and click Add.It's especially important to add tags if there are lots of messages in Feed, and you need to quickly find a specific message.

Then select recipients for your message. It can be sent to all employees at once, particular workgroup(s), department(s), or the chosen employee(s). The message recipients will see your post in their Feed. To add a new recipient, click the Add more button and select a user or department.

To edit your message, click More and select Edit in the dropdown.
