Work with documents using Google Docs

Use Google Docs to create, view, and edit documents in Bitrix24. Work with your team in Drive, Feed, and tasks.


Create documents

  1. Go to the My drive page.
  2. Click Add > Google Docs.
  3. Select a document type.

View documents

Bitrix24 administrators set the service used to open documents.

  1. Go to the account settings.
  2. Open Communications > Drive.
  3. Enable View documents using Google Docs.
  4. Save the changes.

After that, all documents open in Google Docs by default.

View documents

Each employee can choose how to edit documents.

  1. Open the My Drive page.
  2. Click on the settings icon.
  3. Select Settings for working with documents.
  4. Choose In the cloud.
  5. Save the changes.

To edit a document:

  1. Open the file and click Edit.
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. Allow access to the Bitrix24 Connector app.
  4. Make your changes and save the document.
