Bitrix24 introduces Flows, a tool for collecting and managing tasks from different departments. For example, if an employee needs software installed, they can add a task to a Flow. The system then distributes tasks to the responsible team members.

What you can do with Flows
- Collect tasks in one place and assign them automatically or manually
- Monitor employee workload
- Track task completion speed
- Identify bottlenecks and problem areas
Work with Flows
- Go to Tasks and Projects
- Open the Flows tab
Create a new Flow. Typically, a department manager creates a Flow. Each Flow shows:
- Task deadlines
- Linked project
- Number of team members
- Tasks at each stage
- Efficiency score
Efficiency is based on the percentage of tasks completed on time. If it drops below the set threshold, the Flow indicator turns red. The threshold is defined in the Flow settings.
Choose task distribution method. Tasks in a Flow are assigned to a team, not an individual. The Flow creator selects how tasks are distributed:
- Automatically
- Manually
Manual distribution. A manager assigns a responsible employee. This person distributes tasks to colleagues and is automatically set as the assignee for new tasks.
