Indian GST on digital services

GST is applied to all sales Bitrix24 India Private Limited makes to its customers in India, including those to customers in Special Economic Zones (SEZ). If you are a resident of a Special Economic Zone and wish to get a refund of the GST charged, you have to provide information to Bitrix24 India Private Limited that proves your residence in the SEZ. Please email us at sales@bitrix24.in no later than 7 days after the purchase is made.

All sales split into two types: intra-state and inter-state. Intra-state sales when both the seller and the buyer are in the same state. Inter-state sales are when they're in different states.

For sales within the same state, two types of GST appear: Central GST (CGST) and State GST (SGST). For sales between different states, Integrated GST (IGST) is charged.

Bitrix24 India Private Limited charges a standard GST rate of 18% on all its services.

Tax deducted at source. Please pay attention that your potential tax obligations regarding Income Tax deducted at source may vary depending on your chosen payment method:

  1. Payments through bank transfers.

If you are required by law to withhold Income Tax, you must provide us with a withholding tax certificate promptly.

  2. Payments through other payment methods.

In this case, please be aware that the quoted fees do not include any tax deductions at the source. It is your responsibility to remit the relevant taxes in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Income Tax Act and to provide us with the withholding tax certificate promptly. This process enables us to facilitate the refund of the deposited withholding tax amount to you.

If the TDS rules are applicable to your purchase, you can upload TDS certificate on the Purchase history page inside your cloud account in .bitrix24.in domain zone.

Bitrix24 partners can upload the certificate inside their partner profile.
