Track deal payment status
Monitor the deal payment status in the list and kanban view. Your client might not have received your SMS, found a suitable payment method, or viewed the order but not paid.
Also, pay attention to the payment method selected by the client. If they have chosen multiple payment methods and haven't paid, call them and offer assistance.
Automate the deal stages change
Create a separate stage for deals with paid orders. Click Receive payment and select this stage in the Automation section. This helps you track paid orders. Then, you can send a receipt to a client and call to thank them for choosing your store. This care increases the chances of repeat sales.
Use triggers
Track the payment status using the Order payment trigger. A separate stage will help you automate the post-payment actions like calling the client, sending a receipt, or adding a task.
Use automation rules
Remind clients to pay if they have forgotten. Create an automation rule to send a notification to an employee, reminding them to call the client.
