Starting October 1, 2024, the annual renewal fee for On-premise editions will be set at 50% of the edition cost.
Why the change?
Unlike many vendors moving to cloud-only solutions, we remain committed to offering both Cloud and On-premise versions. We continually enhance our On-premise editions with new features to meet customer expectations. The adjusted renewal fees will help us allocate more resources for ongoing improvements and cover service costs.
Special renewal offer
You can renew your license at 25% of the license price up to a year in advance if you purchase and activate the renewal before October 1, 2024. This offer is available to all On-premise licenses bought prior to July 1, 2024.
