In Bitrix24, you can configure access permissions to the company structure. Select the users who will create and edit departments, add employees to them, assign deputies, and so on.
By default, all employees can view the company structure.
Bitrix24 administrator can configure access permissions to the company structure and grant access permissions to other employees. Click Employees - Company structure - Menu - Access permissions.
Specify roles
A role is a set of access permissions that is assigned to a user. By default, there are three roles in the structure:
- Supervisor - can add, edit and delete a department and a subdepartment.
- Employee - can view the company structure.
- Administrator - has access to all features of the structure, including configuring access permissions.
You can create new roles, edit or copy existing ones. To add a new role, click Create Role and specify a name for the role. Then save the changes.
Select employees
Click the plus button under the desired role and select an employee, a department or a group.
Configure access permissions
You can configure the following access permissions:
- View company structure
- Add new departments
- Remove departments
- Edit department information
- Add employees
- Remove employee from department
- Manage access permissions
Access levels to the company structure:
- Entire company
- Own department and subdepartments
- Own department
- Deny access
