Add a client to a booking form

Bitrix24 Booking is a tool for customers to make appointments with specialists, rent rooms and equipment.

Check if this option is available on your Bitrix24 plan.

All employees can book services for clients. To do this, go to the Booking section.

In the article, we will discuss how to:


Add an entry

  1. Select the time under the required resource and click Create.
  2. Add an resource to the main one if needed.
  3. Select several slots in the schedule to book the client for multiple appointments at once.
  4. To add client information and entry details, click on the arrow in the entry block.
To book a client for a service, at least one resource should be created.

Add a customer

You can create a new customer or select an existing one. New customers are automatically saved in CRM.

  1. Click Add customer or select it in the record window.
  2. Enter a name, phone number, email, or company name to select a customer from the CRM.
  3. Click Create a new contact if the customer is not in CRM.
  4. Select Add a note to the record to specify additional information about the customer.
  5. Write the text and save your changes.

Select deal

You can link the record to a specific deal in CRM or create a new one.

To create a new deal, click plus, fill in the form and save it. To select a deal from CRM, click Add.

To edit or delete a deal from the online booking, click on the dots and select the desired action.


Configure a reminder for a client

You can remind customers of an appointment via WhatsApp or SMS.

When you book a service for a client, a message with information is automatically sent to the client. You can manually select another type of message from the list.


Confirmations

If the client confirmed the record via a link from the message, it will be automatically confirmed in Bitrix24.

If the client has not confirmed the booking, you can call him/her and manually specify the desired status.

Confirmed appointments in the schedule are highlighted in green and unconfirmed appointments in blue. You can quickly determine the status of an appointment and contact customers for confirmation.


Appointment

You can track the attendance. Select:

  • Unknown
  • Visited
  • No-show

Change or delete a record

You can reschedule an entry to another time. To do this, click on the time in the desired recording and specify a new time. To delete it, click Remove.
